Only Love

Only Love comes with me,

the love you gave and the love you received.

 

Listen deeply to the singing song 

arising and surprising

as all light is high on our breath of life.

Abounding

When blossom petals fly away
they float along in the sky,
the breezes blow
so some fly high,
the rain comes soaking that same day
and other petals wash away.

So now less is visible
but still I know
the petals have a place to go.
A good number of them
are seen again
landing in a different place,
being mulch for little plants:
a blossom cover on the ground
to warm the earth
and protect the young,
to wrap around and bring
gentle goodness
abounding.

The way I see
the changing winds,
the petals 'whoosh' to greater things.
Their purpose was protecting buds
so now the fruit is growing plump,
the harvest brings us greater good
as nature knows the seasonal ways
nourish and nurture our everydays.

Being Peace

Today I walk in peace

tomorrow is beyond,

the days go with the breeze

When I am still,

This Day

Today I need green
to look upon
to gather strength,
and courage to reach any length
to go beyond
what 'seems to be'
and find flexibility in my view
of how things are
and how things 'sit'
to meet and knit in the centre.

So there we are
and if you look
the violets grow
beside the brook.
The water dwells in the well
so emotionally
all will flow if we
stay perfectly still
to call in the higher power.

REAL Will Heal

Sitting quietly with my pen
I know what's now
and remember when
my timidity gave me peace
but only now comes the release
from what was really all around.
What kept me quiet
close to the ground,
feeling thunder beneath my feet
never knowing which seat to sit upon.
Chairs moving without the music,
stabbing pains, no knife to see
behavioral patterns tightening me.

Then seemingly, suddenly
the truck rolls into the wall,
the dark clouds lift
that's what I feel
as speaking truth brings a healing
that's really REAL.

Secrets uncovered, reactions come
my mirrors shine
I stand calmly as the rope unwinds.

The Way Ahead calls to all
just follow along, through transparency
to see the lights of eternity......
