start where I am
this moment
this day
this month brings all possibility
to allow more space inside
my heart
my day
my life this way
here presently
Light is shining through me
and I surely see
my resting deeply
brings more lift and more light
so all life is brighter.
My springtime brings the blooms
to every room inside me.
May I receive what I need
to grow gloriously
on this day in this way.
This is the day when three rare forest lilies bloomed.
They were planted in the ground beside a small
winter honeysuckle 22 years ago.
Yes and it took 19 years for the first one to flower,
and in 2025 there were 2 bulbs,
and yes 2026, after all the winter rains, there are now 3 plants.
I love how old lost bulbs just arrive some years.
What a treat and joy to see.
