Here we are greeting
our first days of Autumn,
before the tree leaves turn to golden
and Morning Glory cycles through
beginning as blue,
then a brilliant purple hue
fades as the summer light
and sleeps again pink at night.
Other times will come and go
as the vine shines with every bloom,
before they fade to leave more room
for the greyer days of Winter.
